You've got to pick one coach in the NBA to coach your team. And it's not based, you don't know who your team's going to be. You don't know if they're going to be young, veterans, whatever, but you just got to pick the coach first, who you take it and why. I mean, at this point, I'm taking Brad Stevens. I think his resume, granted, hasn't earned him a championship at the collegiate level or the professional level yet.
