Hello and welcome to the Pink Bike podcast.

My name is Henry and this week I'm joined by Matt, Dario and Kaz.

The latter two have come up, the Bellingham Boys up in Squamish for some filming,

as well as joining me on this podcast today.

Now this week, we are gonna be talking about our teenage dreams,

the bikes that we really, really wanted

when we first got into mountain biking.

They might be weird, they might be wonderful,

they might be downright awful in my case,

but in fairness, I really didn't know what I was talking about, even more so than now. But before we

get to that, we're going to run through the news, and there are three bikes that have sort of

have been released or reviewed this week, each with a slightly different take. There is the Scott

Ransom, which got released today, which is ultra-tech, ultra-extream.

There is a Nolly Chilkotin that I've been spending a bit of time on, which is a metal bike.

It's probably going to appeal to a slightly different audience.

And there's the bike that I would say is quite possibly the pragmatist of the bunch, at least in its category,

the Norco fluid. This one was in Carbon, Dario, and it's a bike you spent a fair bit of time on.

Would you just walk us through what the bike was like and kind of give us a quick outlay for the listeners?

Sure, yeah. The brief is it's a 130-mill travel frame with 140 fork on all the builds.

It's not a new bike necessarily. It's an update,

just a carbon version of the aluminum fluid that they released a couple years ago.
