ropey. Yeah, a bit ropy. Went for a big lunch yesterday. No, I prefer a long lunch these days.

You love a long lunch. I love a long lunch. The thing is with you, it's because you are a sort of

food influencer,

you are at work, really. Every time you sit down to eat a meal, you're technically working.

Yeah, I can't expense it though, sadly, I don't think. Are you not allowed to do that?

Just for hanging out and having a chat, yeah. Just lunch a friend but it uh it leached into the evening

yeah if i if if i finished lunch at four then i would have been fine but i finished lunch at

half past eight oh my god which is when you went to bed that's when i went to bed last night yeah

because i've been i've been up the night before doing, but we'll talk about that in the show.

In the show. And I do give a little nod to what I was up to yesterday in the show as well,

not explicitly though, but yeah, it was a 245 lunch that went on for a long time and everyone

in the restaurant, suddenly everyone changed and there were people having dinner around us.
