Well, hello, everybody. It is Melanie Mitro, the host of the Women Inspiring Women Podcast, and we are back for another episode. And we are again rolling right into a new month and getting

closer to the end of 2022. I have said this, I'm sure, on numerous

podcasts so far with you guys this year, but I really am incredibly amazed at how fast this year

has truly gone. And we're down to the last six weeks. And now more than ever, are we really beginning to reflect on the success that we've had so far in the year?

And also really starting to think about what is coming in 2023. And I want to spend some time today really setting you up for future success. And I know in a previous

podcast I did just a few weeks ago, I talked about momentum season, separation season.
