Okay. Well, after so many guests and you for years reiterating the importance, the value, the meaning, the joy of a one line a day journal. I revisited my commitment to a one line a day journal.

Now I did something that I typically do, which is I had to buy a brand new one. I had one that I tried and I didn't it was too it was very big.

And I never I never stuck with it.

But I went back and I bought another one a tinier one, which I think is the one that you have the kind of like the one I think that you see the most.

I bought myself a one line a day journal and I have been doing it in secret. Not very long not very long, but just trying to see if the practice sticks. So for about we could have two weeks. I have been chewing one.

I believe you've been keeping this for me.

Well, I wanted to make sure I was doing it. And then I thought, you know, it would be more it's very me to buy something use it once and talk about it on the podcast and then never use it again. And I don't want to do that.

So I'm really trying to see if this is something I can stick with.

And in addition, I also bought myself a very simple gratitude journal. Okay. And I had to do some digging to kind of find the most basic one I could find.

And it's very simple. You just date it. You write, you know, you'll jot off a few little bits of things that you're grateful for. And I've also been doing that. This for the last, you know, we can have two weeks.

And, you know, I had been feeling it's called the one minute gratitude journal what we'll link to both of these things, as we mentioned. You know, the last, the last month, let's say, have been especially heavy.
