Today's staffers for the U.S. Agency for International Development, known as U.S. aid, were told to stay out of the Washington, D.C. headquarters.

U.S.A. staffers said they tracked 600 employees who reported being locked out of the agency's computer systems overnight.

USAID security chiefs were placed on leave after refusing to turn over classified material in

restricted areas.
