Summary

Halifax, Nova Scotia regularly shows up on lists of Canada’s friendliest cities. Its East Coast charm and colorful maritime houses often lull visitors into thinking time moves more slowly there.

But in 2007, it was the starting point for a cross-country killing spree. Glen Race had just received a mission from God and unfortunately for the people of Halifax, he was deeply in the grips of a schizophrenic delusion.
