It's the story of Don Adams, and it's also the story of a man with a high level of integrity that dared speak out and tell the truth about what happened in the Joseph Miltier's story.

And he would know because he was right there at ground zero, right before, right during, and right after that fateful day on

November 22nd. He knows exactly what happened with the investigation of Miltier when it comes to

the president's assassination. Agent Adams in his retirement wrote a book and it's titled

Rifle. I purchased a lot of my JFK books secondhand. When I happened to get a copy of his book,

inside the cover, I found a note, affectionately penned to one of its prior owners. The note was dated

October 11, 2012.

It was an autographed message handwritten by Don Adams himself.

It was addressed to Ron and, sadly for me, not to Jeff.

I would have liked to have met this man and shook his hand and said, thank you.

It's too late for that now because Don Adams passed away in 2015, the age of 83.

But as I look at that almost perfect handwriting on the inside cover,

I see the man come alive just a little more in my own

mind. I'm just glad that we had this one courageous FBI agent at this very crucial moment in time.
