Summary
So here's a quick test: If I told you that you absolutely HAD TO take 15 minutes tomorrow for some dedicated rejuvenation time would you be able to do it without it messing up your entire daily process? One of the most common client obstacles that I hear is "I don't have time to do healthy things for myself, exercise, meal prep, etc!" We all know how easy it is to get a little stuck in a typical daily process. We wake up, get the kids off to school, go to work, visit with kids after school, go to bed, and repeat. The problem with this is that our life regimen slowly starts to squeeze out all of the lifestyle that we had dreamed of achieving. Our goal today is to help you analyze how you are spending your hours and then put together a process to help you add more quality hours to your day.....every day.
