Alright guys, welcome back to another episode of the Heavy Checklist podcast today is a very

special episode. Today's an episode that kind of caught me by surprise. I wasn't necessarily

planning on this but the timing worked out to be able to interview a good friend of mine,

somebody that I really look up to, somebody that I really like making fun of, somebody

who has done some big things and made some big moves, and he also has his, what you call

yourself a sidekick or a, like what would you be Joey? I thought you were introducing him.

Oh that was. Now his sidekick would be Joey Di Giovanni. I didn't even introduce Craig yet

though. I bid the build up and then I went straight to you. The main person that we would

like to interview today that I was just telling you about is a longtime friend, Mr. Craig

Scanlon. Now I know Craig. It's a little bit late. Yeah buddy, I'm back. That's, that's

not bad. He was late but I got in there. I mean, you prepared that for Craig. Yeah, I mean,

we're becoming pretty good friends. So I thought I'd throw some little like, you know, cool his way.

So that's, we've been talking on Instagram. Okay. Yeah. Perfect. And that's the song you chose for.

It's nice. I don't know what it means. It's Star Wars. Okay. Is that what it was? It's not,

but it sounds like Star Wars. Yeah. Like I'm all my version of Star Wars. Yeah. What? Obviously,

that's my co-host, Mr. DJ Marcus Wing and we're here with Diesel Dave as well. And we're sitting

here at the four or parts headquarters in Compton, California. And Craig, this is, uh, here we go.
