Hey you guys, what's going on? It's episode number 206 of the Ronodon show.

And kind of a different episode today.

Ron and I had decided last year that we're going to try to really talk less politics

and more just about us and about you and the human condition and how we're getting

through COVID together and also a lot of the great things that are happening on

planet Earth and also right here in our community right

here in Seattle. But sometimes I think what happens is when we talk about

homelessness we talk about COVID and we also talk about politics.

It takes us to a place of despair.

And so we decided in 2021 that we're not going to do that as much and then we all know what happened a few

days ago in the other Washington and I think because what Ron and I have done for the last quarter of a century on the radio,

a lot of that in news talk. You know us from news talk.

You know us as your great realtors at Windemere.

You know we're live from the Leschwab Studios.

You know this is episode 2006, but you also know that we care deeply.

We care deeply about this country.

We care deeply about you and whether you're on the right or the left. We care deeply

about our democracy. And we are patriots. Like many of you, we are patriots. So Ron, I just want to kind of get your reaction. It's been a few days.

People have died and officers died. A young lady who was an Air Force vet for 14 years did five tours.
