Summary

Police in the Chicago suburbs were stunned in 1995 when a family dog brought home a severed human left leg and then again, five days later another leg.

Over several months, numerous body parts from the same victim would be discovered scattered along the border between Wisconsin and Illinois. Whoever had done this, had gone through painstaking efforts to dispose of their victim.
