to drop the Trump fraud appeal and district court attorney Alvin Bragg refusing to drop the 34 felony count conviction against Donald Trump.

That starts, that's great.

Refusing.

Let's start with the word refuse.

I like it.

Yeah, like F you, buddy.

Yeah.

You know, and I love how Alvin Bragg put it in his initial letter.

We'll get to the full brief in a little bit.

But he was like, look, yeah, I understand and respect the Constitution that says, part of the Constitution that says, we can't prosecute a sitting president because it'll, he has to be able to do his job unfettered by that kind of thing. But I also respect the jury verdict and the rule of law. And we can't just throw it out. So we're going to talk a

little bit about that. And by the way, a nice new microphone you got there, sir.
