Welcome to day two of Courtside, and I'll be doing this for as long as this election litigation stuff is going to continue.

0:08.0

So today we learned not that much about the election strategy. We've learned that he's going to continue.

0:15.5

Now, look, Donald Trump is no great legal strategist. He is famous for losing in the Supreme Court and other courts

0:22.1

more than any other president. I guess what he'd say is he loses like a dog, which is to me

0:27.8

very mean to dogs. But this is a guy who's lost case after case from the census to DACA to

1:25.3

Trump is boxing at a few technicalities. He's saying there's 53 votes here, 93 votes there to throw out.

1:31.3

These are small potatoes and not enough to shift the election.

1:35.3

And third, he's got to win in multiple states.

1:39.3

This isn't Bush versus Gore, which is only about Florida.

1:41.3

Because Trump lost in so many different states, he's got to invalid because Trump lost in so many different states,

1:45.1

he's got to invalidate the results in so many different states. That is, to put it mildly,

1:50.5

in uphill battle. He's filed 10 cases now since Election Day. He's zero for 10. Now look,
