We've all heard the story about Tom Brady. The scouting report said he had a poor build,

very skinny, very narrow, lacks mobility, looks a little frail, lacks great physical stature

able to give, have a scouting report on you, what you've done, what they think you're going to do,

but what people often underestimate are the intangibles, your drive, your passion, your why. People can't measure that,

your heart, your effort, how bad you want something. And so don't let what people can read on paper

derail you from the things people cannot see. And if you're a leader, the same holds true.

qualities of a person that are invisible to the eyes. We can't see. And what you can do is get to know
