Someone who I remember watching on telly, like from very young age when it would be Ramadan or we've heard Islam channel one and like he'd be like on the TV and so it's um yeah interesting I had lovely discussion with Rahim to be honest and we just finished the discussion now so I'm I'd rather you guys listen to it but like generally we covered a lot about mental health probably the most intense or intensive mental health discussion that we've had yet.

We discuss charity, public speaking.

It was just amazing conversation.
