And I was advised to take some rest and I did.

I was on medical rest for a couple of weeks.

And then I returned to work pretty quickly.

And it looks like I may have overdone it a little bit. I've been

having some chest pains again having some elevated heart rate and so right now I'm in a period where I'm looking at what a more sustained period of rest would look like or changing my patterns around work.

It's just something I'm figuring out, but it has already had an impact on some of you because

we had to cancel the last four stops of the tabs and wafers tour,
