Summary

Have you ever been at a point where you feel like you are really rocking it with your transformation? Many people get to this point by plugging into some kind of a program like a bootcamp, an online program, or a program from a book. The BIG question that we see people stress out about is "What do I do when the program is over?". That is what we are going to focus on with this episode. We call this our "What Happens Next?
