Hi everybody. This is a very special episode that I am really kind of giddy about because I

talked my husband Wyatt into joining me. So if you're watching this video, this handsome man on my left is Wyatt. If you're listening,

he is the heart and the kind of gumption behind everything I do on the podcast. He cheers me on,

and he brainstorms with me every episode that you've ever listened to has really come from the

two of us. So welcome Wyatt to the show. Happy to be here, pretty nervous. I don't feel like I know

what I say yes to when I say yes to this. No, you do. It's so good. So we were chatting because we

are in the middle of this season of the coronavirus continuing

and we're home a lot, right?

And working from home and doing all this stuff.

And we've talked about together just how unique of an opportunity it is to see what God

is doing.

And last week I shared, or the last episode, episode 18,

I shared about the family blessing and what a gift it is to be able to invest in what God's doing

in our home. And that's been a theme that we have been walking with is for the last 15 years

since we've been married is just what is God

wanting to do in our home, in our marriage, in our midst, in our parenting. And it wasn't necessarily

a great plan that we started with. It was more of an initiation of God with us, taking us on an

adventure into his heart with this experiment called family.

So before we get any further, that's a little teaser what we're going to talk about, but I'm going to pray.

Father, thank you so much that you love us, that you are our Father, that you are everything

we need, and that you are constantly pursuing us with a heart of generous joy and delight

and provision and kindness.
