This has come to me for us. A weekly podcast devoted to helping us gain a deeper love for

the Savior in his gospel through a weekly study of the scriptures. Hopefully this study

will help further prepare us to accompany the Savior as he reckons. Come follow me.

Covenants 49 through 50, that which is of God is light. And I'm excited to talk to you today.

How did last week go? Did you pray before you went to church to see if there were some of you

could reach out to? Did you think more about what you were contributing than what you were gaining?

Hope you had a good week. If you were even able to go back to church, I know I did and I'm

going to share something that happened later in the podcast because it was so great. But I just

wanted to start by reading a couple comments. The first one said, My friend was inspired and shared

this podcast with me last September. The next one said, I was overwhelmed with come follow me

until my sister told me about Melanie's podcast. The next one I have shared this podcast was so many

and I get a thank you every time. Everyone has something to learn and feel. And I just think

sometimes it's really scary to invite people to do things, especially when the gospel is concerned

because we're like, what if they hate me? What if they throw a rock at my face? What if they don't

aren't interested? And I think sometimes a podcast is a lot easier than maybe. Hey, come to my church

or come to the second reading. So I know that it helps people out when people share it. So if you have

somebody that you've been thinking about, maybe you can share it with them. I don't know. All right,

let me read the intro from the manual. It says, the Savior is our good shepherd. He knows that

sometimes sheep wander and that the wilderness has many perils. So he lovingly leads us to the safety

of his doctrine away from dangers such as false spirits, which have gone forth in the earth,

deceiving the world. There's that word deception deceiving, right? That's what's happening every day.
