and Pipe, you are out on the west coast you are in the

land of Ron Martin and the land of sabbaticals and dinners out with sports

playing in the in the room what's the what's the weather like out

there? It's it's well mornings out here I like my favorite weather it's like

40 and sunny which is just about perfect and then this

time of year it gets up to like 70 75 no humidity so I can i can understand why people pay

the premium to live in this part of the world

there's a lot of them that do

uh... that's why i wouldn't want to move out here because there's too many people but it's a beautiful place

No, I feel you man we're actually looking at a nice day here in here in West Tennessee pipe so

Hopefully that's rare for this time of year I mean we're

getting into spring there but not yeah I feel like we're moving out of monsoon

season maybe so I have I hope that we are at least but Piper we have we have better things to talk about than the weather. We have business and then we have we have our usual allotment of stimulating conversational topics. So business wise let's talk about together for the rant. This is right around the

corner now. It's officially just over a month away. So just over a month from the time

of this recording, I think when this episode drops it will be less than a month

so that means it will be less than one month away which is huge to need to get their butts in

gear and go buy their tickets that's it it man and where do they do that?
