One, an analysis of a Storm of Swords, Davos 4, in which Davos gets out of jail.

That's good.

But then Axel Florent threatens to kill him unless Davos gets on board with his plan to kill a bunch of civilians for no reason.

That's bad.

But then Stanis rejects that plan and makes Davos his new hand instead.

That's good.

But then Melisandra shows up to try and convince Stanis to burn Edric Storm.

That's bad.

But then, well, you get the idea.

So as you can see by the title, Part 1, we're doing it again, folks.

Back on our bullshit, we are splitting up this particular chapter.

Often done that in the past with Davos chapters.

In my defense, I know I have a sickness, but in my defense, this is a particularly long and dense chapter.

We both have a ton of great stuff we wanted to say about it. So we're going to be splitting it up into two episodes to do it justice and also not to make you suffer unduly through a, you know, 18-hour episode.
