So since that time, you've started your own business and you're doing well, and you've decided to live here in Ho Chiman City, the southern capital, not the capital city, but the biggest city in Vietnam.

And so I guess I pulled you in, I want to talk about the city and why you're here and why our colleagues are here. Sure. Let's do it. Okay. So first off, I want to tell this little story that I first came to Vietnam in 2001 as like a more traditional backpacker. And I remember when I was planning the trip with my buddies,

I wanted to go to Thailand because I was like, I didn't want to miss out on all the fun. I heard about the full moon party and all this kind of Kosan Road. And I watched, I don't know if I watched Leonardo DiCaprio at that point in time. But the equivalent, I watched something. And I remember, I was like, oh, I don't know about Vietnam. It's kind of out there.
