guys that have real business experience and you've been around the block a couple times. You

know what I mean? Like you guys had a mortgage business in California. Of course, we both live in San

Diego. We're both from the East Coast. So we're both, you know, we're good people, but we're not nice guys. Good but nice. That's what I tell all the girls.
