I was actually having this cake conversation yesterday with Laurel. We're walking through New York and you know how like lots of things in New York get hyped because A, there are so many people here and B, that's where a lot of the media is.

So like places like Magnolia Bakery or Levine Bakery, which are famous for their baked goods,

I actually think that Amarets, Petizuri,

is better than both of them in Disney Springs,

but it doesn't get the hype?

I think in a weird sort of way, part of the reason there is when it's 1,200 degrees out,

it's like, your first thoughts aren't, oh, I really would like some cake right about now.

Seven layers of icing, yes, that's what I want.

Yes, but no, they do wonderful work there.

Yeah, they just don't get the national recognition of some of the other places.
