Summary

The CDC and the FDA paused the Johnson and Johnson vaccine today because six instances of blood clots. Not only is it a bad decision that will likely dampen vaccine adoption going forward because it highlights the reasons that the vaccine was scary to people in the first place, it makes everyone MORE likely to get blood clots.

Dan Newhauser joins us to discuss what it's like for the government to pull a vaccine you were hours away from getting injected into your body.
