And with me today is Donald Weigel and I've lost a meas measly 100 pounds also by tracking my calories and tracking my steps.

1:23.8	We have lost an hour, and we're bitter about it.

1:30.1	Any time my weekend is an hour shorter, that's not a good thing.
1:33.6	What if we recorded this episode in that hour?
