Welcome back to another edition of the Disney dish podcast with Jim Hill. It's me,

Len Testa. We are now firmly in the pre-summer period. What I think of summer, I think of

going to the beach, hot dogs, and sun tans.

Also, I also think of one Mr. Jim Hill.

Jim has it going.

Not a big fan of the beach.

There's an old Louis Anderson joke about how when you lie down,

people swarm you and try to push you back into the surf.

Get water in his gills! Get water in his gills! He's dying! Get him back in the water!

Not as much fun for me.

Is a computer programmer, I instinctively avoid the sun and all things outdoors.

So it's not really my thing either, but it's fine, it's good to get out into the sunlight,

I guess.

That's as much as enthusiasm for summer as I can imagine.

Let's move on to something that I enjoy talking about, Jim.

And that's new hotels at Disney World.

So Disney has filed initial construction permits, whether it be water district plans or initial

boring permits for two interesting projects. One of them is this thing called Project

89 over at Fort Wilderness.

What's your take on this, Jim?

We have seen the plan for the Fort Wilderness DVC for a number of years now.
