Good morning, everyone or good evening, depending on where you're watching this.

I want to share with you about a vision.

Yesterday, we came home.

We had our leaders meeting once a month.

We bring all our leaders together, and then we meet first with pastoral team,

and then we meet with leaders from within our tribes.

So like within our 12, each leader belongs to a group that pastor leads.

And so we kind of differentiate that each Monday.

And yesterday when we had the meeting, it really hit me because the amount of leaders

that we had yesterday was exactly how many people we had in our whole church six years ago

for 10 years. So 10 years prior to that, every year, no matter how hard we tried,

no matter how hard we prayed, it was exactly the same amount of people for 10 years. But I remember

something changed. We started to declare that what we see here today, we're going to have that many leaders.

And, you know, it seemed bizarre. It seemed wild. It seemed crazy. And it really broke my heart, like, in a good sense, yesterday that we had exactly same amount of leaders, maybe even more, that we had amount of people,

total people coming to church.

And today I have a new declaration that I started to tell our leaders and, you know,

every Sunday we declare is what we see in our average attendance on

Sunday morning, that's going to be our leadership team. That's going to be our life group leaders.

That's going to be our cell group leaders. Why am I saying this? I'm saying is that you always have to

go with your vision further than you go with your legs. Go with your faith further than you go with your feet.
