for PPR purposes in Dynasty Fantasy Football.

So even though Devante Freeman is a passing specialist running back,

he's not going to be on this list because as of now,

he's still going to be atop the Atlanta Falcons running back depth chart over Kevin Coleman.

So keep that in mind as I go through my ranks here.

And also, as you

can probably guess, these ranks assume full point PPR scoring because let's be honest, that's the

best way to play fantasy football. Jump right into it. Number one player heading into 2016 for me

in this passing specialist role is going to be Giovanni Bernard.

He's only 24 years old.

His ADP currently stands at 61.6.

That's fifth round startup value.

And in 2015, he ranked as the running back 17 in PPR with 49 receptions.
