Thank you, Lord. In Jesus' name, Lord, we thank you so much for this time.

Lord, we thank you.

Can't be thankful enough, Lord, that you have provided for us, knowing the times to come with a place, Lord, where your word is being preached.

Lord, by pastors who you've given the courage

and the strength to preach your word from the Bible,

chapter by chapter, verse by verse, Lord.

So, Lord, would we be blessed this morning in your word, give us understanding,

Holy Spirit, and we thank you, Lord. For this time together, we pray in Jesus' name. Amen. Amen. And

amen. And good morning and welcome. So glad you're here.

You can be seated.

Those of you online, we're so glad that you're joining with us as well.

There are a couple things, though, that I want to mention before we get started.

The first of which is that our prayer meeting is coming up this Tuesday, this upcoming Tuesday,

which is August 5th, 7 p.m. here in the sanctuary.

However, my wife Kelly has an extremely important doctor's appointment that day, actually the day after as well.

And so I will be by the side of my bride all day on Tuesday.

Also, Pastor Leitu has a memorial service for a friend that he will attend.

So, Pastor Mack will be doing the prayer meeting on Tuesday night and I sure hope that you come and make plans to attend in our absence. I know you'll be blessed if you do. The second thing real quick is related to how doubtless we're all thanking and praising the Lord that there was no

tsunami Tuesday after the warning and ensuing evacuating of multitudes of people.

However, and yes, there's a however here.
