Would you join me as we pray? Oh Lord, thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord. It's so good to be back,

and there's no place I'd rather believe, Lord, than here in your house, Lord, worshiping and praising

your name. Thank you, Lord, for this time that we can gather together, Lord, and hear your word.

We are so blessed, Lord, that you have given us such a place with such leadership, Lord.

So would you speak your word to us clearly tonight?

We pray this in your name, Jesus, we say.

And good evening and welcome you can be seated those of you joining us online we want to welcome you as well we're so glad that you are a couple

things though before we get started.

The first of which is that our prayer meeting is coming up Tuesday,

this upcoming Tuesday, August 5th, 7 p.m. here in the sanctuary.

However, my wife Kelly has an extremely important doctor's appointment that day, and I will be by the side of my bride all day, and then even the next day back to back as well.

Also, Pastor Leitu has a memorial service for a friend that is going to attend.

So Pastor Mack will be doing the prayer meeting in our absence.

Hope you're able to come know that you'll be blessed if you do.

The second thing.

Of course, we're all thanking and praising the Lord that there was no tsunami Tuesday after

the warning and the ensuing evacuating of so many.

But, and yes, there's a but.

I'm an inquiring of the Lord about what I did see, which led me to think about and then pray about what I didn't see.
