to where I was racing a triathlon called the Rev3 triathlon. And interestingly, some of you

may remember that a few weeks ago we had a gentleman on the show talking about low carbohydrate diets

and I actually experimented with a low carbohydrate diet and most of my build-up for that race and

then switched to a carb loading protocol just a few days prior to the race and ended up doing

okay. I raced about a four-hour and 15-minute half marathon or I'm sorry, half Iron Man. And

I was happy with that and we'll continue to experiment with these dietary protocols. But speaking
