honestly though you know if you guys have been listening all season, I think you know what my personal stance is on tournaments. It's a bit nuanced, but basically I do think that the smaller field, single entry, three max stuff is really fun and

interesting and thoughtful and skillful. I think the super large field lotteries are

pretty silly but they're fun and that's great you know like the

super large field millie maker it's not for grinding it's not for trying to earn you

know it's for fun try to turn a little bit of money into a lot which is what dFS should

be for 99% of people. But anyway, this NFL season, I decided

that the higher buying smaller field stuff where I could hand-build five or six or seven lineups in a week the way I thought was right.

You know, I thought that would make sense for me and obviously my main focus was still in cash.

You know, I usually have, I know, 8 to 10 times as much action in cash

versus tournaments, but just learning from Dink and Lioni about how to think about field size and line

of constructions, I really did think I was getting better at tournaments in the specific format of tournament.

Of course, you know, the thing about tournaments is, you know, all that matters, you know, getting better and thinking

about the field size and the construction thoughtfully and ownership thoughtfully, all that

matters, but it doesn't always show in the results and that's what's so tough about

tournaments like you can play well you can play really well for a year or even two years and just never win

you know especially medium-sized stuff and in really large field stuff I mean you're likely to die
