That's the greatest misconception and especially men don't go to therapy because they feel like they don't need to express themselves

Okay first of all, just to process something with a neutral party, right, a safe party,

is extremely valuable in that that person has been

trained to be neutral, meaning whenever you process with the friend or parents or your partner,

I mean there's value in that too of course, but you already have a certain relationship dynamic with your friend or your partner or your parents.

So they come in loaded. I don't mean drunk, but they come in with their angles and they might not even be aware of it right

so they're coming in with their opinions especially with parents you know what they

believe is best for you right with friends maybe some friends are competitive. Maybe some friends don't agree with
