Welcome to a NEW YEAR! In this FIRST episode of 2022, we focus on goal setting in a non-traditional way. Instead of discussing our goals in a list format, we opted for a future self journaling exercise inspired by Jenn Im's vlog where she journals a "future day-in-the-life".
