| 1:29.0 | And I'm really excited to share this story because it kind of reminds me of the watcher house and all of that spookiness where it's like creepy and scary but not like haunted. |

| 1:43.0 | So before we get into the full story I want to give you a little bit of background on the town of Circleville. |
| 1:50.0 | So Circleville is a town in Pickaway County Ohio which is about 25 to 30 miles south of Columbus Ohio which if you don't know is a big city in Ohio. |
| 2:02.0 | So Circleville isn't a super big town. In 2020 the population was just under 14,000 and back in the 70s and eights when this story takes place it was even smaller. |
| 2:14.0 | The name Circleville actually comes from the city's original layout when it was created in 1810. |
| 2:20.0 | So back then the town was basically an 1100 foot diameter circle. |
| 2:27.0 | So it was literally just like a circle so they called it Circleville. |
| 2:32.0 | But by the 1830s they expanded to the typical grid shape of a town because that was obviously more convenient. |
| 2:40.0 | But they decided to keep the name Circleville. |
