Hello, good evening. How are you? I'm good. I'm doing pretty well. Are you good? You sound good. Yeah, it's because I've been sleeping finally. Did you finally get your mask? All sorted. I did. I did. And I started. I think the CPAP maybe March 2nd or 1st.

0:28.0

And I'm finally starting to feel better. So you're finally starting to get real, like real sleep. Yeah. And it's crazy to think that I've been walking around half dead, like sleep deprived and not even knowing that that's what the cause was. I know, right? So yeah, I'm on the up and up now. Well, good. Yeah, you sound better. You need like the aura ring to track your sleep now that you're sleepy better and see. Yeah. My group of girlfriends was talking about those recently. I'll get it done.

0:58.0

Yeah, I wanted to look into it because I'm like, okay, well, maybe if I can understand some of my sleep cycles and what's happening with that, that'll help me sort of bank my some of my energy because I don't always know when I'm going to run out of energy because of the MS and stuff. So like, I wonder if that would help, but I don't know.

1:18.0

I said, give it a try. Right.

1:22.2

Wish, um, anyway, um, yeah. So, um, I had my eye appointment. Finally, I like this. I like your lenses, by the way. Thank you. Thank you. My new frames that we're in the story.

1:41.6

I met friends. Yeah, the lenses, your lens, your prescriptions amazing, the prescriptions. It actually is because the first time, like in my life, other than LASIK, my eyes actually got better. Oh, wow. Well, so what happened was, and I was mentioning this on a couple of podcasts ago, was that like all over the last like three or four months, like my reading glass, like ability has gotten really bad, you know, reading glasses everywhere.

2:10.6

All these all the stuff and I in my regular glasses aren't working right and I can't find the right combination of contacts or glasses and all this stuff.

2:18.6

So, you know, it's curious to see what my prescription this year and my distance vision actually improved. Wow. But I have a stigmatism in one of my eyes.

2:30.6

And, um, and then something with the reading, like the change in distance throws off the reading correction. So you have to like recalibrate everything and and stuff. But yeah, so I, so I mean, my eyes did change. It was a slight change, but it was a change on LASIK.

2:46.6

Hey, change in the right direction. Yeah. So, um, and like my contacts are like kind of like right in between some sizes or strengths or something. So like on my one blade left eye. So I have two different kinds of contacts.

3:01.6

I'm actually kind of like see which ones my eyes prefer. And then, um, and then I'll get many glasses. I'm very excited about all that. I feel like, you know, it's like being, you know, being someone who's worn glasses like my entire life, like I got him in junior high.

3:17.6

And then there were like really super thick because my eyes were really bad and back then they didn't have the technology. They have now to make them really thin. So they were like the really thick coat bottle.

3:27.6

And I was already like gangly as hell, totally awkward and really bad buck teeth didn't get my braces until I was in high school. It was, it was tragic.

3:37.6

All poor thing. Yeah.

3:41.6

So, um, but, but as someone who has, you know, worn glasses on my life, like when your vision starts getting worse, like you, you know, you like, um, and you have glasses, you know, like you don't, it's like so gradual, like you don't necessarily notice it.

3:58.6

But you know, it's not the best. And then you get the new prescription and all of a sudden, like everything is super clear. You can see it's like, whoa. So it's so funny because I have a thing which is I have like the very, very minor prescription.

4:10.6

And I thought my vision was getting worse last year. And I went back to get a new test. And he was like, oh, it's the same. It's the same. I was like, oh, okay.

4:18.6

Right. Whatever. It's like, I have contacts so I can, when I go to concerts and stuff. Right. You know, nope, you can't have contacts. You don't have shrug enough, bad enough vision and with your stigmatism.

4:30.6

The stigmatism, right. Yeah.

4:32.6

And I wear daily wear contacts, which they don't like, they're harder to make the way that the technology is. It's harder to do those.

4:39.6

But my eye doctor said when she's a new eye doctor to me, because my last place stopped accepting my insurance.

4:45.6

So she was saying that they've gotten to the point where they do astigmatisms and monthly wear lenses.
