we're going to talk about bass fishing.

Listen, right off the hopper, I'll apologize for the lack of Monday through Thursday, 8.30 a.m. shows on three weeks on the road here, had the grand open, then went to the Dick highly-sint-chewed bass classic in Wabashaw, then turned around. Mark Jeffries rolled up to the house in Shawnee. Shocking, he's got a muffler kit on his truck, just vintage.

You could hear him half a mile down the road.

Just whirr, and then he rolls in with his six rods, one of which was tied a color number

seven spook, one of which had a chompers, two of which had a grub, and one had whatever

I wanted to tie on it.

He got in the boat and said, tape me to the promised land on Table Rock, which we unfortunately

found 48 hours early.

Had a really good practice.

Had a really fun time there.

It was the first year of the pro-guide, Hope, classic benefiting St. Jude.

I kind of was talking to Pate, who was running that beforehand.

I think his goal kind of

heading into it was 50 boats and $50,000 to raise for St. Jude, kind of a related but unrelated to

the Dick Highley, Gretchen who runs that. She was at this one too, but completely separate fundraiser.

Big shout out to the guys at the Bass Tank, actually all the Elite Series pros, who are also sponsored by the Bass Tank, they had a little derby on a local body of water after the Elite Series on the Arkansas River.

And Scott, who runs and owns the Bass Tank, had, you know, you could, you could turn the LiveScope off a guy's unit for $100.

Or you could buy

another guy's fish and all that money went to, uh, St. Jude to Jeffries and I's team for that
