Lord, thank you so much.

Like Pastor J.D. said in first service, it's hard to find the words to express how thankful we are for who you are and for what you did for us, Lord.

And that hope, again, in the midst of this crazy world and even in our lives,

whatever's going on that is weighing heavy on us, Lord. I pray that as we are here, gathered in your

knee to receive your word, Lord, that you will just clear the distractions Lord

would you calm our spirits and keep us focus that we would be blessed by hearing your

word this morning Lord so be with us in this study J.D. and his family continue to give him

strength as he leads his family, Lord, but also as he leads your church. We ask these things in the

mighty name and the only name we say Jesus. Amen. Amen. Amen. Good morning and welcome. You can be seated. So glad you're here today.

Those of you online, we're so glad that you're joining with us as well. We are

in the book of Revelation in our trek through the Bible book by book, chapter by chapter,

verse by verse. We've reached the last book of the Bible and our text

today is going to be chapter 8 verses 7 through 13 Lord willing will complete the

chapter rush going to start the trumpet judgments today I just want to forewarn you

and before we start reading the text if you're're able to stand, you can do so to follow

along for the reading of God's word. If not, where you're seated is fine. Again, just follow

along. Beginning in verse 7, where the Apostle John continues, writing that which he is seeing

by the Holy Spirit and says the first angel sounded his trumpet

and there came hail and fire mixed with blood and it was hurled down on the earth.

A third of the earth was burned up.

A third of the trees were burned up.
