So many. You spent the day over here. And then we do. If you spend four hours on a podcast Thursday night when we recorded with West, because we spend two hours online and two hours offline, just talking with them offline afterwards. I didn't even realize we were talking to hours offline.

Yeah, because we it was like I mean, I had a life made him woken up and he got he was getting ready to go to work. I mean, so it was like it was like one one 30. Yeah, we got totally started.

We started at nine. Yeah, it's totally worth it. If you guys haven't listened to that episode yet, we did we recorded an episode of sit down conversation with West from my 600 pound life.

The episode this week, such a really riveting fantastic interview. And it was hilarious. He's hilarious. He's smart. He's insightful heartwarming. It's inspiring. There's so many adjectives I could use to describe him in that interview. And you just have to listen to it for yourself.
