For starters, urethritis is inflammation of the urethra, and it's most commonly caused by

It can also be caused by mycoplasma genitalium and trichomonas vaginalis vaginaldye

that we need to consider include chemical irritation, chronic pelvic pain syndrome, epididymitis, genital herpes,
