It would have to, it would have to be confirmed by both parents. parents.

You can take a licensure on anybody, but because that child is a minor, both parents would have

to consent.

And there are cases where one parent doesn't tell the other parents, and then that's something that they would have to deal with in court or privately.

But because the child is a minor both parents would have to consent to that.
