this morning to be having a very L.A. morning alongside of my good friend, Maddie Fontana.

Hi, how are you, Maddie? Good, good. I'm good. Both of us were talking about our L.A. mornings. Really? Isn't that? When you described what you did, I was like, yeah, I mean, you wake up, you work out. You go to the gym, you wake up, you grab some breakfast, and then you sort of... What was your breakfast? Was it an L.A. breakfast? No. It was an East Coast breakfast. There was an English muffin breakfast sandwich.

I did do a little L.A. with it, though.

The stupidest thing ever, like just so counterproductive.

I got a bacon, egg, and cheese, English muffin breakfast sandwich at this little thing, this place.

But I had them give me egg whites.

Ew. Yeah. Why egg whites. Ew.

Yeah.

Like, why egg whites when you have the bacon, the cheese, and the English muffin?

Yeah, you're not really saving much.

No, no, you're not doing anything.

It makes you feel better, I think, to say.

Egg white.

Egg white.

I go through phases where I'm like, I'm going to do the egg white thing.

And then after a while, I'm like, I'm going to do the egg white thing. And then after a while I'm like, ew.

Like it's kind of, it doesn't make sense where you just eat the whole egg, right? I don't know. I mean, it doesn't really make it taste any different, but at the same time, it's a little bit douchey. Right, right, with the bacon and the cheese especially. the guy looked at me kind of like Raleigh guy.

Yeah, but I guess if

you're gonna just do like egg whites on their own just like flavorless egg whites is

just yeah so you you shaved off what like 30 calories off your yeah so I mean

300 calorie sandwich yeah oh that's my half my daily caloric intake so that was was a little L.A. creeping into your Boston.
