Summary

The Survivor Series that changed the format. Ditching the traditional team match concept and mixing it with singles grudge matches, the 1996 Survivor Series serves as the WWF's answer to the success of the nWo and WCW's stranglehold on wrestling in 1996. A title change, a huge return, mystery partners and a rockin' MSG house all make the 1996 edition of the annual November pay per view one of the strongest WWF events of all time.
