we're broadcasting live from a resort in the Bahamas discussing the 1998 slasher sequel,

I Still Know What You Did Last Summer. This film was directed by Danny Cannon from a screenplay

by Trey Calloway. Following the incredible financial success of the first film, I Still

What You Did Last Summer, was rushed into production, released just over a year after the original.

The film reunites half of the lead cast, as well as the returning and threatening presence of the fishermen, while also introducing brand new characters and trading the small North Carolina fishing town for a tropical setting.

While the film received negative reviews from critics,

it still managed to make three and a half times its budget at the box office.

What were your first impressions on the film?

I know I seen this movie when it came out, but I think I only seen it once.

Okay.

Because watching it for the show, I do, I did remember some, like, small parts of it,

but it didn't remember a lot.

So this was, I won't even lie i want to say

this was a semi-fresh watch okay uh because like said there was little bits and pieces but like

a large majority of it i didn't remember so uh this movie is wild like uh and i won't even say

in a good way but but it's it has, I don't even know if charm is the right word, because I will watch this
