What's up guys? So to do on the podcast, we have Brian McKenzie, who is interesting fellow.

I've seen him a few times doing different stuff on the internet, but he's really big into breathing.

And breathing is something where most of the time, because I've done some different research and dug down into the rabbit hole a little bit myself with breathing.

And it's one of the things where a lot of times when you talk to people about breathing

and techniques of breathing, you typically get two reactions from them.

One is either, I've been breathing all my life, so I must be fine.

I can breathe just fine, right?

Which, again, I understand.

I thought the same thing, and I was proved incredibly wrong.

And then the other one is that you'll get someone like saying, oh, like, like Wim Hof, which is a type of breathing.

But again, there's so much more to it.

As when we get into this podcast, Brian will sort of, you know, get into, there's a lot to this stuff. stuff and you can do some amazing things with your breath the way that you can change your you can change your physiology your actual physiology and your body both your mental state
