And we are new grandparents relatively.

Well, we were already grandparents to a grandson, but we are now grandparents to a granddaughter,

which is wonderful. She's just over two weeks old now. Or is she three weeks old now?

She will be three weeks old when this airs. Yes that's amazing and we thought that today we

could dedicate this podcast to the postpart and period in a woman's life. Yes and helping

because there's some need for teaching there. Yes and Rebecca and I are going to delve into that in a minute,
