story of Jen before you started working out here at our club in Bloomington, Indiana and what were you all about,

what was your life like, and kind of what were the exercise and eating habits that led to you

getting motivated to get started with us.

Well, when I first started here at NGPT or shortly before,

I was pretty sedentary.

I hadn't been working out in a long time.

I was used to being an athlete in high school and I stayed on top of my fitness

goals for you know like five years outside of it and then I started really putting on weight.

That was making me tired and then being unhappy with where I was.

I think that took a lot out of me too.

I'd be exhausted when I came home from work.

I'd come home, sit on the couch, watch TV,

just want to find something easy to eat,

and that just kept adding.

And at the point that I came, I was the heaviest
