Hey Larry you've written several books a new one out called Life Rider, Heart Body, body soul and Life Be and life beyond the ocean by Laird Hamilton. Talk a bit about the

intention behind the new book. Well I had I had a book called Force of Nature that was, I think it's been about 15 years ago.

And you know, it was somewhat lifestyle base and I got some pressure from some friends of mine to kind of like they're like well why do you you know why don't you do a new book and and so you know, you know, the book itself kind of evolved naturally the direction that we that we went and and the things that we wanted to share. I mean, the fact is that I learned

all of the research that was done around the book. so it was kind of it's nice to you know
